It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the “11th FENS European Nutrition Conference” that will be held at the Conference Hall in the city of Madrid from October 26th to the 29th, 2011.
The aim of this Symposium is to maintain the scientific rigor and encouragement that is present in our European Nutrition Societies while also pledging our commitment to relevant social topics which will no doubt create intense debate.
During the Conference you will be able to see how the Organising and Scientific Committees have put in maximum interest, effort and enthusiasm so that the scientific programme and the activities to be carried out correspond completely with all expectations.
I would also like to invite you to experience the cosmopolitan city of Madrid which will offer us its attractiveness and its quality services. The city of Madrid and its Conference Hall will provide us with a unique scenery for this Conference, thanks to the generous, functional and comfortable premises of this Conference Hall, and, to the long-term experience in organising scientific activities its staff has.
